You get paid first, then the other related closing costs and finally my fees are paid. You just tell me your anticipated net and I will do the rest. If there are any escrow related closing costs omitted by my oversight, I pay for it out of my own pocket! Thatís right. And I will even put that guarantee in writing.

And if an agentís experience happens to be your concern, consider the following:
