Allan has been active in the real estate industry since
1977. He has a Masters degree in political science and
a law degree from Southwestern University School of
Law. Allan has consummated numerous real estate transactions
involving 1031 exchanges, cash out transactions as well
as complex institutional and private financing escrows
for mix use properties.
Throughout his career Allan has worked for various real
estate companies and in 1992 made the decision to go
off on his own. He formed CoBa Real Estate & Management
Services which specializes in mix use investment properties
and multi-residential dwellings. Allan also has extensive
experience in landlord tenant relations and property
management.
